Easy set up, nice large screen with non glossy finish . This is a great gift and allows others that you select to add pictures to your frame remotely . It's a great value and is very nice . It feels like high quality and should work for most in need of a digital frame . You can even add a memory card to add up its storage size. Recommended.

This is a beautiful picture frame. What a great gift. The quality is top notch. The app was easy to download and use. I have only been able to upload 4 pictures at a time, I'm not sure why it won't take more than that. The settings are easy to select for timing, rotation, and functional options. As far as the battery I have not tested it without the plug. The frame is a beautiful rose gold, solid material. I would get it again.

This is my second ARZOPA product and I'm just as pleased with it as I am with the other product (an HDR computer monitor). It's really stylish and the large 14" display is a big step up from my last 10" digital picture frame. The back of the frame is also really classy, with a record player style backing and gold stand. I was able to pair it with my phone really easily and had my photos uploaded in minutes. The picture quality is excellent and brightness is fine for the (typically dim-lit) room I have it in. Overall, I'm really pleased with everything about this frame and wouldn't hesitate to recommend picking one of these up.

I remember when digital picture frames came out and they were Ok at best. Well this one is stellar. It's 15" + auto sizes the images so just upload and go. The quality is excellent. The frame is well made with a wood looking metal frame a small white border and then screen. It uses an app to load the pictures from your computer or phone. I found setup was very easy (you setup wifi on the unit itself (just select your network from the list and type the password)....then I was able to do everything from app. The frame includes a stand (pole arm that goes into a hole on the back) or you can hang it but it does take a power cord so be aware if you plan to hang you have to plug it in. It will auto rotate the images based on the frame orientation. I uploaded 125 images in about 2-3 mins. Even added one I didn't want to and it was simple to look at the gallery and delete it immediately. you can set the delay between images (I found 30 secs ideal) you can also change how the images move and change (think custom presentation). Everyone who has seen the frame and images love it and want their own. For the quality and size it's a good value for the money. Even the box and attention to detail on the back of the unit are nice touches especially if it was a gift) I would highly recommend it.

I ordered this to be a gift for my elderly parents. I'm a huge fan of Arzopa for monitors, and as expected, this picture frame excels in terms of image quality. Zero complaints there. Sound quality is fine. I didn't realize it would be touchscreen when I got it, but that works fine too.For the record, it auto-rotates based on orientation, including when you place it "upside down." The image is always upright.However, I had not done anything that required an app or user interface with Arzopa before, and that's where this... could be better.It could definitely be more user-friendly. The specifications on photos and videos are not shown in the upload screen, nor do they prevent you from attempting to upload files that are too big. There's also no way that I could find to pull up photo albums from other apps, like Google Photos. I was only given access to files on my phone, which will be very annoying for adding old family photos stored in other sources. For the record, the length of video allowed from my phone's default quality settings appears to be ~1.5min. It can handle longer videos if they are a smaller file size, however.Security seems decent enough. There is a QR code for adding new contributors to the frame that expires within a couple days, so you only have to watch out for unauthorized remote additions for a brief time. You can remove ANYONE from the frame if you have access to the physical frame, including the owner. However, their contributions remain. You can also delete files from the frame without the app.There is an option for playlists, but I've not greatly investigated it yet.Controls I would have expected but haven't yet found are options to hide/modify the info in the top left showing who added it, when they added it, and their profile picture. I especially would like the option to modify the date shown so those watching know when the pictures were taken, not just when they were added to the frame.Similarly, I saw no option for hiding the date/time or modifying the display once the frame was set-up.There are no obvious options for changing how fast photos are cycled, whether they are cycled randomly vs in order, and so on.Now, most of my concerns are things they may well update in time, so I still think it's fantastic overall. Just know what you're getting into.Update: Arzopa improved their app quite a lot since I originally wrote this review. I can now add comments to photos, which works for specifying dates along with other details, and there are other improvements. I now consider it a 5 star product. My parents absolutely love this frame and can't get over how nice it is. I look forward to seeing what other improvements they make!Note: I actually ended up with the slightly smaller rose gold frame option from this listing as well. I can't review it separately because I'm limited to one review per listing, but it's also a 5-star item. However, I recommend getting the bigger frame if you want a digital frame displayed in a large room.

I'm really impressed with the ARZOPA WiFi Digital Picture Frame! It was super easy to set up, and the image quality is fantastic on the 10.1" HD screen. I love being able to upload photos and videos directly from my phone using the Arzopa app, no matter where I am. The image quality is excellent. This is a larger screen, ~15.5" wide by 10.25" high. Set-up took just a couple of minutes. I'm currently playing a photo slideshow from a USB drive I had in my previous digital frame. Image transfer is fast, with no delay as images change every 5 seconds (time adjustable to your preference). Internal memory is also available, as is Wi-Fi sharing. Adjustable sleep mode turns the images off at night.

My cats approve! It's easy to use and has wide viewing angles, options to turn off the screen automatically at night, slideshow options, and video support. The aspect ratio is of traditional rather than phone photos, so sometimes it uses a tasteful border.The quality of the device feels solid, but it's not as heavy as a typical android tablet. There is a sticker saying that it only supports 2.4 GHz, but mine seems to work fine on 5 GHz wifi regardless - you just scan a QR Code with the app to connect, and multiple members of the household can join. It does not have battery power, so you'll need to plug it in with the supplied cable.

I would highly recommend ordering this digital picture frame. I had an issue with mine, but the Arzopa Customer Service Team was great in responding to me quickly offering me a full refund, or a new one. I choose a new one. I enjoy the photos displayed. Great features touch screen, you can set a timer for the display to begin in the am as well as shutting down in the pm, or you can leave it on all the time. I love not having to dust all those frames just the one. The touch screen is very easy to use. Great display of photos. It is definitely a conversation piece when others see the photos displayed, brings back so many memories. You can add friends, and family to share by using the app on your phone so they can share precious moments with you. With the holidays coming up I highly recommend this picture frame as a great gift. Dealing with customer service was a pleasure working with they were very accommodating, and quick to respond. They told me I would receive it in 3~7 days I received a new one 3 days later. I will definitely recommend to friends, and family, as well as anyone looking for a digital photo frame for themselves or for others. Great product, great customer service.

The quality of this frame is nice as far as pleasing to the eye. I love that it showcases the time/date/weather across the top.As far as the technology of it, it's lacking. It's slightly out of date and the app is very basic. Cannot share photos directly with family/friends who also have the frame but have to create an album to share together.I did buy my father and mother in law one so I would buy again/recommend.Had no problem uploading photos. Very easy to use.

I really love this photo album. The design is very modern and stylish, and it's also very easy to use. It looks great at home and works as a beautiful decorative piece. You can also switch between different photos and have them play in a continuous loop, which makes it much more convenient and useful than a traditional photo album!
